Cat is a qualified and accredited Executive Coaching having graduated from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in early 2021. 

She works with leaders, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals to support them and enhance their performance.  

Combining extensive professional experience with a deep-rooted passion for art, Cat uses an innovative coaching model.

With over 25 years’ global, experience, Cat works with individuals and brands. She covers culture, arts, design, luxury, legal and 

corporate campaigns. 

Through her time living in London and New York, and extensive travel to the Middle East and Asia, Cat works closely with leading global media and supports individual and organisation's communication performance to achieve internal and external communications excellence.

Cat also has extensive experience in crisis, legal and reputation management including complex corporate issues, cultural property debates and legal cases.

Cat is an experienced mentor with over fifteen years’ experience inside and outside the arts industry. 

In 2020, Cat co-founded of Art Market Mentors, a global cross-industry mentoring program promoting support and access in the commercial art world. To date, the mentoring scheme has engaged with over 5,000 individuals and matched nearly 500 mentoring partnerships.

One of the youngest women to be appointed a Senior Director at Christie's auction house, Cat co-founded the employee support networks including the Women’s Network and the Augusta Group, an employee development initiative. 

She has long campaigned for better access, equality and talent retention, and her input helped result in improved global support policies and workplace best practices.
